Terms of Service

• An account can be created automatically by an AI tool on your behalf (bootstrap_account), before you provide any email or password. Such an account is unclaimed and is automatically and permanently deleted, along with any site or data attached to it, 72 hours after creation if you do not claim it.
• Claiming an account (setting an email and password) makes it permanent, subject to these Terms.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and API keys secure. Notify us immediately if you believe a key has been compromised — you can revoke it yourself at any time from the dashboard.

You may not use the Service to host or deliver:

• Illegal content
• Malware, phishing pages, or anything designed to deceive or harm visitors
• Content that infringes someone else’s intellectual property rights
• Spam, or forms designed to harvest data without the visitor’s knowledge

We may suspend or terminate an account that violates this section, with or without notice, depending on severity.

You retain ownership of the site files you deploy and the form-submission data collected through your forms. We host and process it on your behalf so we can provide the Service — we do not claim ownership over it.

• RunLite offers a free Hobby plan and a paid Starter plan, billed monthly via Razorpay.
• Upgrading to a paid plan creates a recurring subscription that renews automatically until cancelled.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
• Exceeding your plan’s limits does not take a live site down: new deployments are saved as drafts instead of published, and new form submissions are still accepted and stored, but stop triggering email notifications, until you’re back within your plan’s limits or you upgrade.

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. There is no formal uptime SLA.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RunLite is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost revenue or lost data, beyond amounts you have actually paid us in the preceding 12 months.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account for violating these Terms or applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
